To start your day come join is in the Lodge for a sumptuous breakfast, or, if you prefer, you can enjoy your a breakfast basket in your room, cabin our yurt. Let us know what you'd prefer at check in.
Whether out on your guided tour or back at the lodge, for lunch we’ve got you covered. You will be provided, fresh, healthy, picnic lunch for your convenience. A seasonal selection from hot hardy soups to light and tasty salads, to fresh Bannock and varying seasonal offerings and more.
Dinner at Soule Creek Adventure Lodge consists of three gourmet courses, and will evolve daily: an appetizer, main course, and dessert with coffee or tea. We source our ingredients locally when possible: seafood from the waters off of Port Renfrew, meat, poultry and eggs from Cowichan Valley, and produce from small Vancouver Island farms. We believe in supporting our local producers and in the simple preparation of high quality ingredients.
On special occasions dinners will feature traditional Pacheedaht salmon bakes or pit cooks, or crab boils enjoyed on the beach (these are seasonal and weather dependent). |
