"The Cash's meld Island influences with their combined 40 years of culinary experience. Breakfasts feature blueberry and peach pancakes, scrambled eggs, crumpets and fruit salad. Our first dinner consisted of garden green and smoked salmon, local halibut on sweet black rice, garden carrots and snow peas. Our second night, we enjoyed a fabulous Hubbard squash soup, farm chicken with chanterelle and angel-wing mushroom demi-glace, and scallop potatoes perfectly seasoned with tarragon, rosemary and thyme from the garden."
