Port Renfrew is quickly becoming a Mecca for Salmon and Halibut fishing on Southern Vancouver Island. Located 2 hours (47 miles/100km) from Victoria.
The best Chinook/King Salmon fishing this side of the Island is in Port Renfrew.
Swiftsure banks is considered one of the most productive halibut grounds in the World.
Port Renfrew's location allows for a longer and more successful season of sport fishing (April - October). The peak being June, July, August.
Guides will supply boat, gear, tackle, lunch.
Fishing licenses are available in Port Renfrew.
